At the Faculty of Education in Bijeljina, on September 26, 2025, the 15th scientific conference with international participation “Science and Teaching Today” was held, which this year again brought together a large number of eminent experts and researchers from various fields.
The conference, which has traditionally been one of the most important events of the faculty, aims to exchange knowledge, experiences and ideas that can contribute to the improvement of education and scientific and research practice.
This year, more than 240 researchers participated in the conference with about 140 papers, and for the first time, representatives from as many as 22 countries around the world participated – including Russia, Germany, Norway, Greece, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, China, Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Israel, India, Ukraine, Morocco, Canada and North Macedonia.
The Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Dalibor Stević, emphasized that this year’s conference was the largest to date:
“With more than 240 participants, about 140 papers and 22 participating countries, this conference shows that we are making progress year after year. I hope that the faculty will continue on this path.”
In addition to the rich scientific program, Stević also emphasized the importance of personal meetings and cooperation:
“As important as it is to hear high-quality world research from various fields, it is also important to establish new plans for joint research through direct communication. This is a strong impulse for the further development of science, in the interest of all humanity.”
At the Faculty of Pedagogy in Bijeljina, as part of the 15th Scientific Conference with international participation “Science and Teaching Today”, the 5th Professional Conference was held, in cooperation with partners from the country and the region.

The meeting brought together teachers, educators, pedagogues and psychologists, who, through joint work and exchange of experiences, contributed to improving the quality of education and preserving the achieved values.
