Presentation Format
Presenters (= first authors) must be registered and have paid registration fees for the conference at the latest by 15th of Ferbuary 2020 to guarantee publication of the abstract in the Montenegrin Journal of Sports Science and Medicine. Later registrations will lead to an exclusion of the abstract and an exclusion from the scientific programme.
Each author is entitled to present at most one abstract (An author may submit only one abstract as the first author and two abstracts as the co-author).
Invited presentation
Invited presentations are presented by invited speakers in PowerPoint format. Invited presentations are 30 minutes with 10 minutes Questions and Answers. Invited presentations must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room one hour in advance of their presentation. The use of your own laptop is not permitted, while the use of your own USB is permitted. Abstracts need to be submitted according to the defined standards of the Montenegrin Sports Academy and within the given abstract submission deadline.
Oral presentation
Oral presentation format is PowerPoint. Oral presentation time will be 7 minutes plus 3 minutes of discussion. Oral presentations must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room one hour in advance of their presentation. The use of your own laptop is not permitted, while the use of your own USB is permitted.
Poster presentation – instructions for preparation
Through the paper submission system, it is necessary to select the preferred type of presentation.
Technical specifications for the poster: The poster for the presentation should be made on B1 paper format (707mm × 1000mm) and must not exceed these dimensions. The paper weight on which the poster is made should not be less than 140 g/m².
Poster content: Below the poster header, in the appropriate text fields, you must include the title of the paper and information about the author(s) and institution(s), as specified in the designated template.
Prescribed font sizes and styles:Title of the paper – Times New Roman, 72 pt, Centered, All Caps (except in cases where the title includes formulas or special characters that need to be written in lowercase), Information about the author(s) and institution(s) – Times New Roman, 28 pt, Centered
Authors are advised to include the following sections in the poster: Abstract – a brief description of the research, highlighting and presenting the results; Introduction – emphasizing the goals set in the research; Method – presenting how the research was conducted (sample, location, time, measurement instruments, applied statistical methods if used); Results – using simple graphic representations (tables, charts, images) to present the results, with mandatory legends for easier understanding; Discussion – includes an analysis of the obtained results in the order they are presented, comparing these results with previously published results of similar studies; Conclusion – should be brief and clear; highlight other results, trends, and directions for future research; References – References should be listed according to APA standards (7th edition). Note: Please be aware that the presentation format does not diminish the value of the work, and all accepted and presented papers will be included in the Faculty of Education Proceedings without indication of the format in which they were presented.
